Acceptable Use Policy
Content and conduct PlayableSpark supports—and what it will block or escalate.
Not supported
Do not use PlayableSpark for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative or harmful activity.
- Gambling, wagering, financial prizes or cryptocurrency promotions
- Pornography, hateful or extremist content
- Dangerous instructions, harassment, impersonation or deceptive promotions
- Customer-supplied executable code or arbitrary JavaScript
- Open multiplayer, direct messaging or unrestricted public feeds
- Products marketed to children in the initial service
Rights-sensitive requests
Requests that appear to copy franchises, protected characters, celebrities, third-party brands, artwork, lyrics, music, games or another creator’s distinctive content are blocked or escalated for rights review. A customer declaration is necessary but is not final legal clearance.
Enforcement
PlayableSpark may reject, pause, unpublish or escalate content when deterministic checks, a rights complaint, a security concern or human review identifies risk. Refund and dispute decisions follow the applicable policy and legal obligations.
Human contact
Use the public support address for policy questions, rights complaints, refund review or security concerns. Do not send card numbers, credentials, identity documents or private campaign assets by ordinary email.
