AI Disclosure
Where structured AI production will be used and where deterministic controls retain authority.
Current public operation
The public website and its three examples make no Gemini request. Image generation, public AI execution and customer production are disabled. The examples are static structured specifications rendered by the deterministic PlayableSpark runtime.
Controlled development verification
PlayableSpark has completed one bounded privacy-safe Vertex structured-output verification using synthetic non-customer facts. That verification was not a customer order, sale, published customer game or claim of autonomous production.
Production AI use
When Gemini production is enabled, distinct workflows may interpret briefs, propose creative direction, generate structured game specifications, repair bounded validation defects, interpret playtests, prepare delivery and support messages, and summarize analytics and cost evidence.
Deterministic authority
AI cannot execute customer code, grant payment entitlements, override validation, bypass package limits or publish independently of required gates. Model outputs remain subject to schema, route, safety, rights, cost and publication controls.
Human review
Rights uncertainty, refunds, disputes, complaints, security issues, legal and financial decisions, unusual support and cost overrides require human authority. PlayableSpark does not claim zero-oversight autonomy.
Human contact
Use the public support address for policy questions, rights complaints, refund review or security concerns. Do not send card numbers, credentials, identity documents or private campaign assets by ordinary email.
