Privacy Notice
How PlayableSpark minimizes and uses customer, order, game and player-event information.
Information we handle
We collect the customer information needed to process an order, produce and host a game, provide support, protect the service and maintain accurate business records.
- Customer contact and business display information
- Campaign brief, rights declaration and approved assets
- Payment status and provider references—not full card details
- Production, validation, publication, delivery and support records
- Optional, granular contest-evidence permissions
Player analytics
The current public marketing site and static examples do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics or public analytics ingestion. If customer games later enable package-appropriate first-party aggregate events, the applicable notice will identify the limited event types and purpose.
- No player names or emails by default
- No player account required for static examples
- No precise location
- No contact, microphone, camera or biometric access
- No cross-site advertising profile
- No sale of customer or player data
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to deliver the purchased service, secure and improve PlayableSpark, meet financial obligations and prepare contest evidence only with the applicable permission or a private lawful basis. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.
Choices and contact
Contest permissions will be optional and will not be required for purchase. The support route identifies current availability and safe handling guidance; a secure request channel will accompany controlled customer access. Some financial, security or dispute records may need to be retained. Privacy and cross-border-processing details require formal review before customer launch.
Human contact
Use the public support address for policy questions, rights complaints, refund review or security concerns. Do not send card numbers, credentials, identity documents or private campaign assets by ordinary email.
