Terms of Use
The basic commercial terms for using PlayableSpark and its published games.
The service
PlayableSpark produces campaign-oriented browser mini-games from structured customer briefs. Package price, limits, hosting period, analytics and regeneration allowance are shown before purchase and form part of the order.
Current availability
Customer access and checkout are not currently open. Public prices describe the established packages but do not constitute an active purchase offer, reservation or entitlement. The public examples are static development examples, not customer work.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate instructions, lawful content, safe destinations and rights declarations. Customers remain responsible for their campaign claims, supplied materials, destination pages and legal compliance.
Publication and hosting
Publication requires verified payment and successful intake, rights, policy, production and validation gates. Hosting ends at the stated expiry unless another written entitlement applies. PlayableSpark may unpublish material connected to refunds, disputes, security risks, rights complaints or policy breaches while it is reviewed.
No guaranteed outcomes
PlayableSpark does not guarantee engagement, conversion, sales, revenue, platform availability without interruption, legal clearance or acceptance by any third party. The service uses tested production controls but may require human review.
Changes and applicable rights
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not silently reduce an already purchased package. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Formal Canadian and international legal review is required before production launch.
Human contact
Use the public support address for policy questions, rights complaints, refund review or security concerns. Do not send card numbers, credentials, identity documents or private campaign assets by ordinary email.
