Content and Intellectual Property Policy
Customer rights declarations, review gates and copyright complaint handling.
Your supplied material
You must own or be authorized to use supplied names, logos, photographs, artwork, music, written material, trademarks and campaign assets. Describe any third-party authorization so it can be reviewed.
No legal clearance
PlayableSpark performs policy and production checks but does not provide legal clearance, trademark searches or legal advice. Acceptance or publication is not a legal opinion.
Protected third-party material
Requests that appear to reproduce or imitate franchises, characters, celebrities, brands, protected artwork, lyrics, music, games or distinctive creator content are rejected or held for human review.
Copyright complaints
Use the support route to identify the work, the PlayableSpark game URL, the disputed material, your relationship to the rights, and a safe contact method. Do not submit identity documents until a secure channel is provided. PlayableSpark may temporarily unpublish content while a complaint is reviewed.
Human contact
Use the public support address for policy questions, rights complaints, refund review or security concerns. Do not send card numbers, credentials, identity documents or private campaign assets by ordinary email.
